    Close, but went with Day and Then The Shade. Both have an awesome chorus imo, but I like it more as a whole.

    Both are songs I like but just somehow get buried among the amazing songs on either album. I went with July mainly because of the incredible "heat... night devour me" section.

    Nephilim started as my absolute favourite on the album, but over time my interest faded a bit. Still a great song. Rusted started as a song I liked, and now I absolutely adore it. Fairly interesting case.

    I agree The Promise of Deceit stands out the least on the album. Follower is extremely dark but after some time, I really started to appreciate it.

    This time no doubts for NITND. I love Liberation, it's extremely powerful. Consternation is a very good song as well and the riffing is awesome, but Liberation definitely wins.

    Also a close one for me... Deliberation by an inch. I enjoy both songs a lot and both have their strengths, but Deliberation has a few parts that make it somehow special for me.

    To be honest Leaders is my favourite Katatonia song. It's just incredibly powerful and atmospheric at the same time, love the combination of heavy riffing and the wailing lead... But really, Forsaker is an excellent song as well.

    Acoustic suggestions

    Only one album, but I wanted to suggest The Acoustic Verses by Green Carnation. One of the most beautiful albums I've ever heard, incredibly atmospheric. I think it'll work as representation, my favourite from the album...
