    Agalloch fans might be interested...

Actually the venue area is in a separate building next to the restauraunt and it is pretty nice, actually. I've been to a couple shows there. I would say this is a step up from that Ultra Violet hellhole.

    Agalloch pulls a funny!!!

Pretty funny. Not a fan of Dream Theater myself but I have heard that the guys in Agalloch are a bunch of arrogant cocks so this isn't too surprising coming from that band.

Why does Agalloch release so many EPs and not full-lengths?

I heard that they were kind of unhappy with the direction The End is heading and decided to look for a label that would give them more artistic freedom. Don't quote me on this but an internal source told me that when they submitted their last album, The End wanted a remaster because it wasn't as...

Why does Agalloch release so many EPs and not full-lengths?

I think John Haughm works as a graphic designer. According to his wiki page anyway.

    Finally heard AGALLOCH

I get the impression from them that they wouldn't have it any other way.

    Agalloch "Ashes Against the Grain"

Judging from a recent interview, it sounds like the new album will have more prog-rock influences. Agalloch with a Landberk influence, for example, sounds fucking good to me! I can't wait to hear this album anyway. I trust that these guys won't disappoint!!

As the self-styled biggest Agalloch fan on the board I have to ask...

Actually "The Wolves Of Timberline" sounds to me like it's based from the intro to "Dead Winter Days" which is on "Pale Folklore". I think it's cool that they are experimenting with different styles and putting out smaller releases instead of putting it all on some crappy "rarities" CD. If...

Agalloch question... and roundtable, whatever floats thy boat.

I heard through the grapevine that it was from a short film Haughm was working on but apparently has put aside for now so they can focus on their new album. I don't know if there was supposed to be an EP released with it or not. Their motivation to put it on the sampler was probably just to fuck...

    Idiots

Actually I've heard that Haughm is a huge Rush fan so I don't think he'd mind.
