It was a damn awesome show! I got back a couple of hours ago too. Great setlist, same as ones in Perth & Adelaide I think.

Spinning it the other way round - I'm a girl, and my man will listen to Opeth if I happen to be playing them, but unfortunately he's not into their music (even though I'm dragging him along to the Sydney gig..)

Probably around 1999. My brother played their earlier albums a lot so I got to hear quite a bit of it. BWP did it for me though.

All 3 growl tracks are clearly the standouts on WS. However I think they have the perfect balance of growl/clean vocals on the album. The others are still right up there.

Opeth aren't my favourite band. I have a few favourites. Inc Katatonia, Devin Townsend, & Fall Of Every Season to name a few.

I'll have to check it out when I get home.. 6 hours to go.

I'm all for Burdern being played live. :rock: But then again I won't be too disappointed, because any other song from Watershed would be just as awesome,if not more, too. The Lotus Eater for one & Heir Apparent.

I have a lot of patience and can wait a while for the next album (music should come naturally, not be created from a mountain of pressure)... but a "real" DVD. Ohh how I'd love one asap! :worship:
