Did any of you guys have to suffer due to Band members, because the whole thing being in a band is to work as a team , one man can not take a band to next level without contribution from other members :(

I am from India, Gujarat probably THIRD WORLD COUNTRY !!! , No Indoor Venues, No Clubs , Just few College Campus venues to play gigs, but they are other bands in other part of country which are doing pretty good, but the place where i am from sucks :mad:

So I have been around local scene for quit while and played with shitloads of bands, mostly amateur gigs, with shit sound setup No Backline, No Cab/amp head just straight DI in to mixer kinda of gigs, with most guitar players having basic digitech processor RP50, Zoom processor, last year was...

In the beginning the cymbals are loud, i would prefer to lower down my room mics or cymbal mics or maybe try to pitch them up, drums are bit low, i always try my kick drum sound more straight " IN YOUR FACE " kind of thing, try playing with 4 band eq on kick, thats how i get mine, the guitars in...

The Drum sounds too low, its not playing a major role in your mix, download some Kick and snare,tombs samples( there are millions on this forum and billions over internet ) or try to trigger all of them , and you need to EQ the guitar and cut the right frequency and bass

Guitar tone needs to be worked, i think it should be more brighter then being so sharp, i think the lows need a raise :)

i would make a custom drum kit , i usually pick cymbals from Toon Track Drumkit from hell , i really like the tone of cymbals , then i use addictive drums for tombs, bass drum, snare and later i try to experiment with steven slate trigger
