hey that's the first aftermath clip i've heard with some upper frequency bite to it. I've been on the fence about getting one but all the clips i've heard have sounded pretty dull on the high end. Just curious what were you using before?

it's actually a real kit. The problem is our drummers snare sounded really dull and dead. I worked with the sound engineer to try and add some snap with EQ. Are there any tricks to getting a snare to pop more, I really am not happy with the snare either

Is this compressor suitable for bass? Are most compressors good for bass and guitar or are there comps made specifically for bass players?

thanks for the info. My Carvin DCM1540L is class AB. I have my doubts about it being the best solution after reading a lot about failures and being on the cheaper end of the spectrum. Any suggestions for some AB amps out there?

bring (2) 30ft cables and an EQ pedal and stick it in his loop when he isn't looking and dial it in the way you like and if he adjusts it just keep correcting it lol :flame:
