I am 15 year old and i'm recording two bands right now and thinking how much I should charge the hour. My parents wont buy me any more music gear and I want to make improvements such as new speakers and acoustic treatment. So how should I charge. I'll leave an example of a song I did so you...

I'm recording this band and they have this one song that is terrible and it would be a waste of time to record it. How can I tell them that this song sucks.

It sounds pretty good and maybe scoop out just a little bit around 500hz.

guitar tone is not good. They sound thin and harsh. Overheads are too loud and sound harsh. Not a good balance between instruments. Kick is buried in the mix. Vocals sound way too airy and harsh. They have no meat and body.

Why is the bass so loud. I can't hear the guitars

Drums are way too loud. Turn up the guitars. Also the guitar tone isn't very good.

I feel like the guitars didn't have enough gain. It is a little bit boomy. A 100hz shelf will do it. Overall great mix!
