Dance of Death is great imho. I dare even say I think its their best since Seventh Son... The albums since have been far to plain for me, especially Fear of the Dark and the Blaze albums - booooring! Brave New World was a tiny return to form but still to close to the Blaze and FotD sound. Decent...

They're from Stockholm, Sweden.... I've always found Jonas' accent quite bad to be honest. His intonations are way off mark on occasion. It doesn't bother me though as I'm a Swede myself. I'm used to hearing Swede's speak English badly... :)

I remember briefly listening to Dance of December Souls when I was about 14 years old (back in 1994) but it never really got to me. When they released BMD however I was euphoric. I loved that album (and I still do) to death and listened to it over and over and over again. When they unleashed...

Moonsorrow are amazing indeed. My favourite band all categories. I think all their albums are solid but "Kivenkantaja" is their strongest thus far imho. EPIC as hell! Well the snake is just a snake and the sun-wheel is just a sun-wheel :) Inside the snake it says (in the futhark font)...

I started with Something Wild and that worked just fine for me. Perhaps because that was the only CoB album out at the time :grin:

NP: Mors Principium Est - Inhumanity (Listenable 2003) All CoB fans needs to check out this band, if you haven't already of course. Similar in style to CoB, sometimes maybe too much, but what the hell!? :p Fucking awesome debut anyway! :rock:
