What do you think of this 5150 tone?
The other guitarist in my band just got a 5150II and we cant get it to sound good at all I was starting to hate 5150's till i heard this, good job man. what amp settings and cab were you using?- skatmatt

Profire 2626 vs. digi 003+ factory
The 003+ factory has 8 Pres and 1x ADAT IN and OUT The 2626 has 8 Slightly better pres (than the 003) and 2x ADAT IN and OUT The 2626 is also cheaper and has better converters. -

What do YOU use to make drum tracks?
I map in EZ drummer by hand with "humanize" on, then i buss each instrument out to its own audio track and mix it like a recorded kit (EQ, reverb buss etc) -

ok cool thanks, well i actuly have mids at 6 but ill dial more in and see how it turns out =] also bass isnt actualy done yet thats why its too low haha cheers- skatmatt

PT 8 and revalver
I have revalver HP and was wondering if it works with PT 8 because my vst to rtas cant detect it and it doesnt show up in protools but it works fine standalone. anyone got an idea? -

I think that all the instruments sound pretty good and i can hear them all well but it still sounds amature to me. (bass and vocals havn't been done yet. and the blast beat at the start needs volume automation) but apart from that any advice...- skatmatt
