FX60 runs slower than the FX 57 but has Dual core allowing multi tasking which means video encoding is an joke for it

You won't be able to host a game on minimal requirements you need above recommended for it to run smoothly because it has to supply textures navigations and ect. to all players try running as an dedicated server or update drivers (though i doubt that's your prob)
