Sounds a bit muddy.... I heard some clips on here I really liked, it was with a 5150 too.

How would it be with BKP nailbombs?

Is it okay for thrash with a boost? Good tones? Any good thrash/prog/metal clips? Thanks

Doesn't sound like Mesa Mark's are your kind of amp then. Also, in my experience, Mesa Mark's also don't mix very well with EMG's. FTR, Mark IV and Mark III > Mark V.

If you have no budget, I reccomend Bare Knuckle Miracle man's, they have the general EMG sound, only more dynamic, full, and natural sounding. They are passive's and are around $150 if you look.

Get a Miracle Man for soloing.
