Personally I'd love to hear the full version of 'Narcissus' although I know on the DVD commentary they mention its a tough call to pull off. Did they say it was only played once live in it's full version??

Thanks for the reply Karl... had me going for a while, you were the other side of the stage from your rig and you switched sounds , I thought how did he do that!! Cool, I bet that must free you up no end on stage, I thought you were all moving around pretty well. Cheers!

Just an observation after watching The Peel & Mr Kyps gigs... it seemed to me that although he had a pedalboard on stage, Karl seemed to have some kind of automatic or remote switching system for the different guitar amp channels/sounds. Was I seeing things? Anybody know his set-up? Just out...

Next gig is the 'Classic Legends Of Rock '08', Focus, Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash, Tony McPhee and The Groundhogs, mainly for Focus and because it's on the doorstep relatively speaking. Saw Focus last year and they were superb, the guy they've got on guitar now is excellent. After that...

Just got Todd Rundgren's latest 'Arena', trying to digest that before seeing him in London during November. Liking it a lot so far. . Also Marillion's new one 'Happiness is the Road', much as with Todd I'm digesting that before seeing the Bournemouth show of their tour in November, again...
