Ok, now that is wonderful. Does the store know, that there was a problem with the DVD and they are supposed to take it back, even if it was already opened??? I mean, the DVD is defective, that´s a fact and they should take it back, but usually you can´t take it back when the package was opened.

I can hardly believe how bad the DVD sounds I feel exactly the same way as Grieve, the Sound is like "muffled" and not very clear throughout the complete concert. The Music in the DVD Menu is cristal clear but the concert is not listenable. Maybe there went something wrong with the production...
