Century Media did one in 1999. Just in last year the licensing has been closed down for that old Combat and Relativity stuff.

People jeering bands for not bringing merch or not enough merch. If they are international band you do realize they only have so much space to bring stuff right? Not all bands have deals with US companies and shipping merch from Europe would probably eat up any profit from the possible sale...
