That will do for sure. But that RAM is way too expensive. I would use the DDR3 8GB module/s you had. Or buy another set of sticks, the HyperX BLU's are very good, and the price is good, too. Same applies to HyperX RED's. Both from Kingston.

Something like Scarlett 2i2? Maybe 2i4. Or Presonus 22VSL. They are USB and small. And very well priced imho.

I owned one of these things and as Empathy stated up there it's one of the best practice amps. You won't be recording an album with it, so it's fine. The tone wasn't that bad btw, I've seen worse (and way more expenseive).
