The way you compare television to music doesn't make any sense at all. Bands make a full album, which is the entire season with every single episode included and all episodes end up on the final release. If anything, labels may encourage bands to write a new song or to gather some old left-overs...

Cool! Thanks for listening. I'm glad to hear it doesn't sound like Katatonia. This song's chorus especially was inspired by Wait Outside (the live version). "Soft" verses vs. "hard" chorus is pretty much as far as that inspiration is obvious I guess
