Don't be put off by the low price Trev, K.A pickups are great. I've never tried their soapbars but I had a J-set in a MIM Jazz years ago. Done exactly what they were supposed to do. I'd be tempted to give them a whirl....??

I always rated TH2 but have since been seriously sidetracked by Recab 4 & Ignite Amps. A full new version though, I'd want to check out for sure!!

I just couldn't get on with my OCD. I really wanted to like it but it didn't work for me on guitar or bass. After I brought my EVH5153 I went through a bunch of overdrives and finally settled on the MXR Zakk WYLDE berzerker o/d as a boost

With not too much tweaking either. ALL Ignite Amps plug ins: TSB-1 > Emissary > TPA-1 and then into trusty old Recabinet. These plugs deserve more plugs!!

update: scored a Peavey Pro410 cab and the EVH sounds f*ckin badass through it!! More than enough volume and low end. Happy ;)
