just trying out my guitar/bass tone and drum samples. any and all critiques welcome, its still a work in progress. (and yes the riff is extremely dumb, I just wanted something to mix haha)

the guitar tone is solid, very good on chugs, tho a bit too much midrange/high end for my taste. what I would work on in the mix is the drums, if you're looking for advise on the whole mix, as they're very bland and have no prescense. is there any bass either?

this any better?^^^ decided to retrack vocals in better condition with a better mic for now I'm focusing on the instrumental. I spent some more time editing based on your critiques.

love bands like this, and digging the elitist/misery signals influence. mix sounds killer, tho I dislike the character of the low end of the guitar tone. sounds really thuddy rather than tight, at least through my speakers. either way, it still sounds killer, props \m/
