Myself and my friends are literally the only metalheads in our town. So yeah, we're rather looked down upon because of our appearance, our bands, our choices of music, etc. But oh well, fuck 'em.
I agree with the above poster. Since the demo of Kill for God is the only thing I've heard from the album, I'm literally salivating in anticipation, haha. I'm sure it will be a killer album, though.
I've only heard the clip of "Return to Times of Splendor", but I love it. It sort of has an Emperor vibe to it, in my opinion. And being that Emperor is my favorite band, that's not a bad thing, heh.
Reconditioning the Flock is probably my favorite song off this album. It's just got that "classic Vehemence vibe", heh. Although in my opinion TTFWIH is a little more generic death metal than GWC, that's not necessarily a bad thing, and the band has grown IMMENSELY since its release, it's still...
My favorite on GWC is definately She Never Noticed Me... it's just an incredibly emotional piece of melodic death, and I love it. Of course, it's a tough call between that and Fantasy From Pain, due to the guitar work on both songs, but... then again, every song on the album rules!
I'll throw in my two cents here, I suppose, for a first post.
I'll have to say my favorite Dev choruses would be in the songs Kingdom, Suicide, Bastard, Life, and Night.
