I really love this new album. It’s nothing progressive or power but a hell of a good melodic hard rock/metal album. And with their new vocalist, Anders Engberg, it sounds great. If you are fan of his old band, Lion’s Share and love their album, Falling From Grace, you’ll like this new 220 Volt. While maybe not reaching the same pinnacle of production and songwriting as that classic, it could be a close cousin. It hits all the same high points with solid guitar riffs and melodic rock. Anders is the icing on the cake.
