Michelle Sahn of the Asbury Park Press reports: Some 33 people were charged with underage drinking at the Family Values Tour concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey Wednesday (August 8), and 13 other people were arrested on various other charges, including assaulting a trooper, State Police said.
