5150 II

Hi guys, I just bought a 5150II used! wow that litlle fucker rocks!
In the power amp ther is 4 sovtek 6l6 tubes.....I think that I'll replace this tubes with another brand...can you suggest me what is the best choce for the 5150 in the power amp section?

Oh, forgot. The other guitarist in my band has a 5150 II and bought some tubes from eurotubes (despite the name, they're in the USA). He told me the guys there really know what they're talking about and were very helpful also helping him choose which tubes suited his needs...

The cheaper shop I found is Tube-town.de....cheaper than Tubes.it. Eurotubes is a JJ shop so they'll reccomend you JJ tubes.

I use groovetubes in my triple XXX and they were quite a difference from the stock ruby's. GT has a SAG (Special Applications Group) rating system based on different levels of breakup and/or levels based upon the amp type and desired sound you're looking for. I guess they can get pricey but I felt like I got my money's worth.
