Tried to combine them and used impulses.. I think the guitars turned out too middy.

What are the impulses you are using?

there's something weird in the mid EQ... weird but cool wanna share? (sounds like boosted 800 and lowered 400 on my boss GE7 )

by the way u are using the preamp out or the fx send on the laney?

Yeah, Hi-Mids are missing, it seems very "airy". Good mix besides that though!

I think it would sound great with vocals sitting in the middle filling out the mids a bit...

Sounds great... the guitar sounds kind of podish to me though...

Hej Behindert, phantastic sound and music as always! Your best sample so far IMO. Can't hear any big difference to a "professional" recording on my headphones. The guitars may be too middy, but like the others said, it's hard to say without vocals.

Also the drums sound killer! Very natural (e.g. the blast beat part - almost no snare). Do you use any MIDI patterns (like EZDrummer) to trigger your samples?

Guys like you are the living evidence that you don't need a 100.000$ studio to produce great tones!
