A DAY TO REMEMBER's 'Bad Vibrations' Lands At No. 2 On BILLBOARD Chart

Three years after the release of 2013's "Common Courtesy", A DAY TO REMEMBER have returned in grand style, entering The Billboard 200 at No. 2 with new album "Bad Vibrations". Per Billboard, it's also the best-selling album of the week and debuts at No. 1 on their Top Album Sales Chart and No. 1 on Billboard's Top Independent Album Chart, Top Rock Albums Chart and Hard Rock Albums Chart. As if that weren't impressive enough, "Bad Vibrations" also hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Album Chart and No. 1 in Australia and top 10 in the U.K. and Germany. As KROQ.com wrote in a recent feature: "A DAY TO REMEMBER is on a rocket ride and holding on with a death grip.” "Bad Vibrations"' chart success preserves an incredible streak for the band: over the course of the past several years, each of A DAY TO REMEMBER's releases have hit No. 1 on Billboard's Rock, Indie and/or Alternative Charts. The album, released on the band's own ADTR Records and distributed by Epitaph, got off to quick start with lead single "Paranoia", a track that shot straight to the top 10 at rock radio while amassing over 9.4 million Spotify streams with a companion video that's racked up over 6.2 million YouTube views. The quintet (vocalist Jeremy McKinnon, guitarists Kevin Skaff and Neil Westfall, bassist Joshua Woodard and drummer Alex Shelnutt) maintained momentum with a steady stream of preview tracks and videos, the most recent being "Naivety" and "Bullfight", and a summer-long tour where they've garnered critical acclaim playing to packed arenas and sheds alongside BLINK-182.
