He has some valid points there, especially concerning patents and copyright stuff. Possiblities to publish your controversial, noncomformist or just critical thoughts and art might have become more limited, but the net in general and institutions like www.bod.de are nice weapons against it. Yet it's become very difficult to really stay independent or attack the established, I agree. He's a decent orator, btw.
