DHIADW is an album that could have EASILY been released by a hundred other bands....

I dont want to see babyish reply either because you're just going to make yourself look worse.
Every person has there favourite nevermore album and thats fine, but expressing the same opinion everyday gets boring and begins to piss people off including all the people that bought the album and loved it. Sure people may have liked poe better but at the end of the day, nevermore tried something a bit different with the 7 string, theres no harm in that, you said yourself you like the album so i say wait for enemies of reality. Im sure the band have an idea off what the fans have commented on and liked and disliked and will take that into concideration with the next release.

I can garauntee that alot more people on this forum will support me than you... so don't start psycho-analyising me and trying to contradict me.
Poe, IM, DNB are BRILLIANT albums... and IMO dhiadw is not up to scratch with what nevermore are capable. It is a simple album, alot simpler than S/T or sanctuary stuff... Hell, Eden Lies Obscured has alot more musical depth than DHIADW.
I will now proceed to use Megadeth as a reference point. I love Rust In Peace, Killing is my buisiness, Countdown to Extinction... All GOOD and ORIGINAL and DIFFERENT albums by far, but all good. Now would you consider 'Risk' a good album? Would you say that 'Risk' is written with all of Dave Mustaine's potential? Hell no.

DHIADW could not have been released by countless other bands. They have a distinctive sound and vocalist which no other band can even come close to recreating. SWTWC sounds nothing like DHIADW. Stop whining.
Post counts are meaningless...they are no indication of knowledge or content. A great deal of your posts over the past few months can be summed up: "DHIADW sucks IMO; Nevermore sold it on this one"
How can a band sell out when they alter their playing style on such a miniscule level and barely sell 10,000 copies of an album. Oh well, I am but a twat, what do I know

Who cares how many posts he has? What does that have to do with ANYTHING at all?
I seriously hope you aren't camparing DHIADW to Risk. Risk is a God-awful pile of shit, the worst thing that Meadeth could have done. It has only ONE semi-good song IMO(that being Insomnia), and DHIADW has WAY MORE that that. Again, I hope this isn't a direct comparison because that's just sad.

Dude... you're not getting my point. I have the utmost respect for WD, i have never attacked him... WD is a god of the voice, his work on ALL nevermore albums is amazing, including DHIADW. WD IS THE MAN... but that doesn't stop the music from being 'not up to the standard that they themselves set with POE and DNB'.
Nah man... I wasn't comparing it to RISK. no way. Risk is horrid.... DHIADW is good, it's just not great. I wasn't comparing the two, i was just using Risk to express what i meant to the lamers who are attacking my opinion.
GOD YOU ARE A FUCKING CUNT!! You are stupid man! How many times have i said to you "NEVERMORE HAVEN'T SOLD OUT"...!! How many fucking times? I have explained this to you OVER and OVER again.
Another example: Megadeth's Youthanasia... Is a terrible album. Horrid, not as bad as risk... but still pretty bad. But that doesn't mean that they sold out. Their style changed, for the worse, but i don't beleive that at that poin Megadeth was trying to sell out.
I have NEVER said that NEVERMORE HAVE SOLD OUT. I have never said that, and i never will.
BUT! I will stand fast by my opinion of DHIADW, and that JEFF is capable of much better guitarwork... How many of you are guitarists? I am amazed by POE, but the only thing on DHIADW that makes me even raise an eye-brow to the guitaring is the solo from Riverdragon, and that is pretty straightforward in itself.
Listen to how Nevermore utilize their instruments on Poe.. Amazing stuff, YET it is good songwriting. DHIADW is good songwriting, but it seriously takes about as much talent to play most of this stuff as it does to play an Iced Earth Song.
