A question on track 9 of Decade In The Machines

Ok, so I only like 3 tracks off this remix album which is hardly surprising as all remix albums are shite. If you have this play track 9, "I Love You, But I Prefer Trondheim Pts. 1-4". Does anyone know the song that the first second sounds like? Me and my brother recognise that note from a song used in a film or just a song but can't think what it is or where its from. I know it sounds a bit rediculous listening to a second of a song but its very obvious that it sounds identical to another song.

Anyone recognise it?

...try to listen SOTL for more than once, they're quite quality stuff for shure, but a little different...
isnt the mentioned track supposed to be somewhat of an nattens reorchestration? the "ambient/elektro" one that ulver is delaying for quite some time now.
yeah the reconstructions cd isnt much on the same level of quality as ulver releases, but i guess they werent ment to be recognisable songs compared to the originals, more like reinterpretations..?
i like pitas the most though
