This is the first verse of a song off my new CD... ESP Horizon on the left, Edwards Forest GT on the right. Marshall JMP-1 and ENGL E530 layered on each side.

The first part sounds great. I think you might want to make the rhythm guitar heavier, though. When the vocals come in it feels a little weird. Either make the rhythm guitar heavier or turn up the bass or w/e. Regardless, the sound is quite good. You seem to have a thing for ridiculous double bass, though.

Yeah... I'm a sucker for fast double bass. The fastest drummer I've ever played with was able to do 16ths at 250, so I haven't written anything faster than that.

It's pretty damn good, albeit a little tired. A little too In Flames a la Whoracle for my tastes. Great job, in any case!
