the local radio station had a contest recently "The smallest penis in edmonton" for a chance at $40,000 (a draw with the winners of other, embarrasing or difficult contests)

the winner apparently measured out to be 2.4 centimetres or something close to that.

now that he's won, he has a billboard on the side of the highway for six weeks proclaiming his name, his picture, and his "measurements".
