I'm not sure when it hit the stands, but it's in the Sept '03 Issue with a highlight on Bay Area thrash bands of the past, ProgPower and some other cool articles. Look for the man, Chuck Billy in the center of the cover and pic of Devin Townsend, as well.
Nice to see more coverage of the event! Some very cool things were said and the more exposure, the better.
