I don't own it and I ahven't heard it, but I know that Helter Skelter is a song name on the album. Just wondering if this is a mock cover of the widely known Beatles song Helter Skelter...

I answered the question myself after downloading it, but why would he name it Helter Skelter. It doesn't make any sense in the lyrics.
