About Mortiis, why is he...?

Why is he in the Metal sections at music stores? I've heard samples of about a half dozen of his songs and all of them sound like techno or dance club music... what the fuck?

He was in Emperor, before he had to flee Norway. Plus he's on earache, so I guess he's just lumped in with the metal crowd.

yup,it's because he is known in the metal scene...just like Lacrimosa...
and for the same reason people can find the last Ulver releases in metal shops....

I'm pretty sure he's Norwegian. Only a Norwegian would be gay enough to wear that silly costume!

Yes, he´s from Norway. But he lived in Sweden, Halmstad for a while.
