Pretty stoked for this coming up this Friday. I can't say I'm a huge Philm fan. I do like some Slayer, but can't handle too much of it in one sitting.

One of my friends says he's gonna bring all his old Slayer cd's for him to sign.

awesome, dave lombardo is a hell of a drummer, one of the sort that when you listen to a record where he has played on you immediatly know its him, he has done some pretty good work outside of slayer too, like grip inc, fantomas, some works with John Zorn , Testament - the Gathering.. just to mention a few

Well, what a show! All the bands killed it and Philm was really good. They had some technical difficulties right off the bat with their bass rig, which our bassist lent them his head. Then their guitar rig failed about halfway through their set and they ended up taking about a half hour to get another rig going and sounding the way dude wanted it. They played a lot of cover songs, to my surprise. I shook Daves hand twice for good measure.

It's always cool as hell to have legends come to your local area and play to a tiny packed club.
