Anything Bruce puts his vocal cords on is fine fine fine by me! I'm such a sucker for that man's singing!!
Do I sound like a fangirl??? So be it! I am!
I was the same, until I heard Sacred Cowboys.
That was what? 13 years ago? Besides, the man was experimenting. Have you heard the material he threw away for that record? Bruce has said that Balls To Picasso was basically recorded 3 times.
Tyranny of Souls is a great record. Another one in the fine tradition of Roy Z collaborations.
I'm quite partial to Skunkworks as well.
His Keith Olsen material was quite good. I'm very happy Bruce decided to release it on the b-sides for the singles. BTC is still my favorite solo album from Bruce and my favorite of any work done by Roy Z. Roy Z is my favorite guitarist and songwriter. Almost anything that guy gets involved with sound brilliant. That was what? 13 years ago? Besides, the man was experimenting. Have you heard the material he threw away for that record? Anyone have Live in Studio A? It contains mostly songs from Bruce's first 2 records, but live they have much more energy, and are played by the guys in the Skunkworks lineup. It's a bit raw sounding, but a great piece of history of Bruce's solo career.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I thought the musicianship of that live recording was atrocious.Anyone have Live in Studio A?
