ACE FREHLEY, FIREBIRD, BLESSED BY A BROKEN HEART and DEAD BY APRIL have been confirmed for this year's installment of the Loud Park festival, set to take place October 17-18 at Makuhari Messe, a convention center in Japan located in the western region of Chiba Prefecture, close to Tokyo.
