Just one question ... with 4 bands on the bill ... how much stage time will Anthrax have ??? We better get 2 hours at least or I will be pissed!
 
Ok ... what I am saying is that surely Anthrax would have the longest stage time that is. Usually a band will play for what 1.5 hours ??? Help me out here - its mirky inside my head at the mo!
 
Most shows on their tour lately are 90 mins. I expect that.

I have a few shows on video of the POT tour and SOWN tour and the most I reakon they've played is 1 hour 50 so wanting 2 hours might be asking for a bit with 3 other bands playing.

It is nice to wish, though.
 
cool. My memory is a bit hazy ... I remember the POT tour going for about 1.55 or something like that. Just worried that the support bands would be taking up valuable Thrax time.

Man I need my fix of them BAD. GODDAMN I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!! I still can't believe I am gonna see them again!

Soilwork and KSE are cool bands too so no matter how long Thrax play for its going to be a great show.
Afew fans are going to be disappointed that its not all ages though. Its good to be old sometimes huh?
 
I imagine there should be something in Rip It Up mag this week - I think it comes out Thursday. Also look in the Advertiser Guide on Thursday - I'm hoping there'll be an ad for the show there too. I dont know about cool to be old - 18 would be damn fine again, lol !!! But yeah I def know what you mean !!!
 
Given the recent crackdown on underage entries into Clubs in Adelaide esp at Heaven given their recent troubles I do feel for the under 18s ... pity its not a Thebby so everyone can enjoy!

Seriously contemplating if I can make it back to my other home in melb for the Sunday concert over here as well !!!

All my old Anthrax tops are dead now (RIP they served me well) ... I remember I had the State of Euphoria one (had the notman on the back in vertigo on a white tee) ... also had this mad long sleeve POT tshirt which had lightning bolts all over it and the big Not Clock in the middle. Sigh ... wish I still had them!

That state of Euphoria one sounds awesome!! Lol, i have a old crappy stomp one with some guy with a really swollen leg. Its a weird brown colour ive worn it so much. It sucks though cos it doesnt have the Anthrax logo, just it written in the same font it is on the Stomp cover.

But i REALLY want a thraxagram one. That'd just kick arse. I need to find a mate who's going...lol, might get them to get me a FNF soilwork tee as well...if they have em.

Yeah that shirt sucked. Most of the shirts from Sound of White Noise and Stomp sucked. They got back to making cool shirts during Volume 8 and especially now.
 
heh, i just met this dodgy asian bloke at school, he reckons he can do ID's heaps well...hmmm, i dunno bout it, if i get caught i'm it deep SHIT....but then again, its anthrax! and soilwork! lol, decisions decisions...

While I do not advocate illegal activities, what will a club security guard do if he or she suspects your ID is fake? I reckon he or she will just not let you in, not call the police.

hehe, good point. Dumb thing is, its not like i want to drink underage or buy anything that is restricted to people over 18, i just want to see two of my fucking favourite bands. Its lame, if the gig was three months later i could go...lol, i should start rooting for a gig cancellation... :loco:

No, don't do that. I think they were supposed to play Australia once in the 80s. It got cancelled and they never really made it up. They finally got there for PoT. Or maybe I am making this stuff up. My memory is shot from too much...Mountain Dew.

when they came here for stomp the main support was cyco myco and anthrax played for at least an hour and a half.
