ADRENALINE MOB claims to have learned via Twitter that the band's bassist, John Moyer, will be sitting out the group's tour in September.Moyer, who has been a member of DISTURBED since 2004, joined ADRENALINE MOB in February 2012 and appeared on the band's "Covertà" EP (2013) and "Men Of Honor" album (2014).Earlier today, Moyer posted the following message via his social-media sites: "Thanks to all the ADRENALINE MOB fans for the support! Unfortunately I will NOT be joining them on this next run. My best to Mike Orlando, Russell Allen and AJ Pero. Have a great tour, guys!"Moyer's message was followed by the following statement on the official ADRENALINE MOB Facebook page: "We ADRENALINE MOB are totally shocked by John Moyer's announcement via Twitter today that he will not be touring with us in September. We knew he had some other commitments that might have caused him to possibly pull out but we were hoping to have him on board. Obviously he's got something else going on. We wish him all the best and he will be missed but ADRENALINE MOB WILL be doing the shows... We will announce the new bassist as soon as we have one."Moyer has been standing in for Rudy Sarzo with Geoff Tate's QUEENSRCHE whenever Rudy has been unable to make QUEENSRCHE dates to his commitments to other projects.ADRENALINE MOB's second full-length album, "Men Of Honor", sold around 3,600 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 99 on The Billboard 200 chart.The band's full-length debut, 2012's "Omertá", opened with around 6,600 units to enter the chart at No. 70. "Men Of Honor" was released on February 18 in North America and February 24 internationally via Century Media Records. The CD features 11 new original songs produced by Allen and Orlando. Drummer Mike Portnoy (FLYING COLORS, THE WINERY DOGS, DREAM THEATER, AVENGED SEVENFOLD) quit ADRENALINE MOB in June 2013 due to "scheduling conflicts."
