According to the Chron.com, AEROSMITH drummer Joey Kramer is selling his home in Boerne, Texas for $3.9 million. Joey and his wife Linda bought the 7,700-square-foot estate in 2016, made a number of customizations, including expanding the closets, installing state-of-the-art audiovisual components controlled by an iPad, and building a second multi-car garage across from the first one. Listing agent Megan DiBartolo told Chron.com that the Kramers bought the home after leaving the Austin area in search of a more remote, private spot. But they have once again decided to move to be closer to family elsewhere in Texas. Check out pictures of the property at Chron.com. Kramer has sat behind the drum kit for AEROSMITH since 1970. He and his bandmates will launch the "Deuces Are Wild" Las Vegas residency in April 2019 at Park MGM's Park Theatre. The residency, promoted by Live Nation and MGM Resorts International, features "never-seen-before visuals and audio from AEROSMITH recording sessions" via producer Giles Martin, who crafted the sound for THE BEATLES' "Love" Cirque Du Soleil show in Vegas. The band has also teamed with THX and L-Acoustics, who will deliver "the world’s first THX Certified live performance presented in L-ISA Immersive Hyperreal Sound." The band's 18 Vegas shows will run between April 6 and July 9. General tickets start at $75.
