Formed in Hampshire UK 2006, this five piece (originally four piece) band came together and jammed as nothing more then a side project, but just after a few months they decided to take it further. Original members Russ Weller(vocals), Alex Loader(guitar), Chris Powell(bass) and Paul Roebuck(drums) wrote, recorded and released their first demo on their debut show in June 2006. Coming straight from the darkest shadows of Portsmouth with solid beats, thrashing guitars and crushing vocals. They are Akakios!
Their name taken from ancient greek meaning "Innocent, Not Evil", a negative prefix, combined with kakn (kake) meaning "evil"

Thanks Buddy, I made it myself. I am the guitarist in the band and also a video editor/animator. What makes it really brutal is the fact that it was actually filmed in the assembly room of a childrens infant school!!!!!!!!!

Shit, that's awesome dude!

My band wants to film a video but simply can't afford it. We're just a handful of teenagers from broken homes, I don't think a single one of us actually has a father figure haha.

It was basically just the coincidental meeting of 5 degenerates that love brutal metal. Makes it hard to get known when you have to scrape the bottom of your account just to record a demo haha.
