hell
hey there...
come over to sydney_oz for a guitar clinic setting or bring the jazz you were in, lot of people here dig it...
take care.

rebirth... I saw the Alex Skolnick Trio live about a year ago at a bar in Lexington, Ky. He did some "jazz/fusion" version of Aerosmith's "Dream On" & a Scorpions song. I met Mr. Skolnick and he was a true gentleman. Wahat he played wasn't metal, but was very interesting.

he's awesome, but I think he gets too caught up in trying to play jazz , I mean not that he can't , but in the sense that he plays jazz for the sake of playing jazz, and it just feels too clinical

though the Attention Deficit albums are freakin sweet.

Attention Deficit albums

thats it....couldn;t remember the name

i think its great.....and a change to other INFLAMES, SOULWORK shit

I saw Testament with Skullnick anlong with Judas Priest they where great. I know Alex somewhat. I took lesson from him. He's a great teacher. Jazz is a great when mixed well with Metal. Like Cynic, Opeth and Prog Metal.

Alex played on Lamb Of God's new CD along with Chris Poland.
James Murphy was great on Nevermore's new CD.
