Oakland, California-based extreme metallers ALL SHALL PERISH have canceled their participation in the upcoming "Get Infected" European tour for "personal reasons." Their replacement on the trek, which is scheduled to kick off in early February, is the Los Angeles metal band WINDS OF PLAGUE.
