This is a song i've been working on for my new band, and i just wanted to see what you guys think of the mix so far. The song's incomplete, and there aren't any vocals, but i'd still like to know how i'm doing.

Those cymbals have some really piercing frequencies. Maybe it's just me.

the drums sound really bland or maybe its just the snare that sounds bland? but you are defiantly on the right track.. maybe if you put some effects on the drum bus you should be good.

Hmmmmm, i don't wanna mess with the tone too much, and make the rhythm guitars stand out against the rest of the guitar work. Maybe i could blend in the bass guitar a bit more to thicken that section up? Do you think that would work? Or am i just talking crazy?
