The other track is from Skinman... while it's an ok album, Destitution is waaaaaaay better. Destitution is more old school fast thrash while Skinman is slower and heavier.

It is indeed a second hand store. I guess a lot of people can't be fucked listening to their old stuff. Either that or lots of metalheads had their houses broken into.
