Allen Lanier has passed away.

Keyboardist, guitar player, composer and co-founder of Blue Oyster Cult.

I was lucky to see him live with BOC in 2004, he was already visibly "damaged" from all those years of smoking and booze and live in the road, but still a great performer.

He will be missed, may he rest in peace.
