Am i on the right way? Old orch.-song re-recorded (EMG-81, TSE, SSD,)

Here´s a snipped from a track i recorded new, guitar wise. Changed the tuning from D to C. How does the guitar sound fit the rest so far? My fucking main problem! Nothing really mixed yet. just try to find the right sound.

But you will find the right sound while mixing. But for now the guitars are thin and small. One advice, try to avoid the frequent use of instrument like the brass and other orchestral bass sounds in metal mixes and if you use you have to apply necessarily a HPF or your low end will be fucked. But sometimes even with HPF a brass can fuck the low end and take the space of the bass and guitar in the mix.
