But to answer your question, yes they both sang with Kamelot at PP XI.

Correct. And Elize also toured with Kamelot during their recent north american tour, doing backing vocals during several songs.

Just listened to the disk from the presale. Thought I recognized them. Thinking that some of the folks reviewing this album on other websites have issues with Swedish bands. AmaRAnthe is not bad at all. Forget the video cheese, this band won't be playing movies on stage.
And we have foreknowledge that at least two of the three vocalists can bring it in a live setting.
First of the "unheard" bands to get me excited.

Having seen the Kamelot performance, I actually think Jake brings it better live than in the studio. Elize is about as good as in the studio, great dancer too. Some metalheads complain about the sexiness, but if she's got dancing talent, she should flaunt it. Doing nothing but throwing hair around and banging heads gets old. Even when bands synchronize the headbanging.
