This web site is fucking amazing. Its the same technology as "Google World", it allows you to locate anyone in any country as long as they have either a cell phone signal or are listen in public phone books. If you dont want to put your own number in (i didnt at first) just try a local buisness. Hard to beleive this is legal.

i put in a friend's phone number and the google earth image looked a lot like paris from up high so i was like "oh shit thats awsome".. whats not cool is that my window is open, with the neighboring building looking down at my room, that was pretty nice for my image.
