hi all...

i've noticed an incredible thing... u know that DT is performing in Finland on the 16th of July... well at the same time they'll be perforimg at a Festival in Italy, near Brescia.. the website of the italian festival is www.evolutionfest.it ....

how is that possible??

the sites mention the festival dates. dark tranquillity are certainly not going to play twice at any festival.

still, it's likely that one of the two performances will not be confirmed. festival promoters invite many bands, and some take a "we'll see, why not?" reply as an assurance and do some name-dropping way before time.

that's as may be, but i wouldn't get my hopes up if i were you. i'll ask niklas next friday, but they were already on tour since the news leaked, so i'm not sure they know much about it.

Maybe DT Management was planning on 10 minutes sets with a quick airplane travel, maybe they are planning on chopping them on half, who knows.

I wish it was the weekend after as the 15th there is the kaltenbach open air in austia with primordial.... but this italian fest is nearer to my place anyway... would be easy for me to go there too... its tempting

just wanted to tell u that the organization of the fest told me that DT will play about 90 mins, in the early afternoon and not in the evening as should have been because they have to leave Italy the same day to get to Finland where they play the day after

verona is on the other side of the venue, considering the direction i come from. but it's not that far away, detours are possible, and if you can give me a location and a time, i might be able to help you reach the festival. just think about it and let me know, maybe we can arrange something.
