Amebix - Monolith

My god what a perfect album- I just lisented to it the first time last week- and I just cant get enough of it. The atomosphere the band creates- the buildups- wow- and its not overly technical. This is music- I can see the apocalypse coming when I put this on.

Anyone else heard this album?

No I have not heard it, or of this band, I shall check them out.

The only Amebix I know is a HC band, a very good HC band. "Arise!" is up there with Discharge's debut and a few The Exploited and GBH albums. Granted I seldom listen to HC but these are some worthy albums.

I've been looking for some Amebix albums for awhile, but can't get hold off it.. it's quite hard to get theese days. But they're awesome. I think they go under the genre Dark Rock or something aswell
