The show is sold out and I'm looking for 2 tickets to the show at Slim's. If anyone has, or knows of a place to find extras, it would be greatly appreciated!

hey man its cool and shit you wanna go to the gig, but this is an AA forum we talk about AA. You never see when AA play in europe pimps on this forum trying to find tickets etc.... If you really wanted ot go to this gig im sure you would have bought a ticket before they sold out.

seeing as you don't either have tickets, nor live near san francisco, what the fuck do you care? i'm pretty sure i didn't post something that wasn't related to amon amarth. were i asking for tickets to see someone else, it might be different.

secondly, i don't live in san francisco and didn't intend to be there when the show is scheduled, therefore, didn't purchase tickets that sold out VERY QUICKLY. plans have changed, so i will be around for the show and thought i would be an awesome girlfriend and take my boyfriend to the show he also didn't buy tickets for because he also didn't expect to be there.

Wow, I've never seen anyone get mad at someone asking about tickets on a forum. I have seen many many people post on different band forums about tickets if a show's sold out. Since it is the gathering place of fans, it's the most probable place to go. But that's just what I've seen, at least.

Anyhow, ironmegron, I live near San Jose. I'd suggest to try going to www.craigslist.com and put an add there or watch the ads that go up for tickets. I think it'll be your best bet. But there are literally about 60 people I know that are all trying to get tickets to this gig, so be prepared to have to pay more than the ticket price if you can actually find tickets. This gig sold out in about two weeks, was crazy. I tried to warn everyone that it would. Ugh. So sorry. I'll at least get pictures for everyone in case all of you can't go.

Hey, I was looking for tickets to the NYC show, but I happened across of bunch of sales for the show at Slims. Just google it and type in Children of Bodom tickets San Francisco and the date of the show and you should be able to find them.

Oh, and asking for tickets isn't non AA related, that's just fucking stupid.

well, it is not really a problem.. but now there are about 3 - 4 threads where people ask for tickets. This is not a ticketsellerforum..

seriously, is there some european hang up with this? on the entire first two pages of the forum there is only one other request for tickets. chill the fuck out about it; i don't even get why you're bothering reading these threads since they seem to bother you so.

i got my tickets for the slims show in early september, alot of my friends said they were getting them sooner or later, hahaha i guess now there pretty fucked. anyways if craigs list doestn help. show up to the show very early and just ask everyone you see if they got an extra ticket, dont ask me though im not sellin

Maybe we should make ONE thread about tickets in the future so everyone will be happy? But I would think that if anyone could help, the best place would be to look here. Maybe I'll ask about a sticky being made for tickets for each tour.

I did see how many people made threads about tickets for the gig on craigslist now. Yikes. When COB was here with Dimmu, Nevermore and Hypocrisy, that gig was sold out way ahead of time and many many people just showed up outside the club. Not too many people got in, but a few did. I was somehow awarded THREE tickets on the guestlist instead of one, so I gave one to a friend of mine and another to this other guy who took a 2 1/2 hour bus ride to the venue to TRY to get tickets because he was not pushy, just had a sign on posterboard about what he needed and what he did. I thought that was damned dedicated (I know how that is) so gave him the other ticket. So, it MIGHT be possible to get a ticket from someone else, but you're going to need to get there quite early I think.
