Finnish doom/death metallers Amorphis have finished the recording of all instrumental parts for their upcoming album, reports blabbermouth.net. The album is being recorded at Helsinkis Finnvox studios and 15 songs have been tracked during the sessions. 10 of these tracks are scheduled to appear on the as yet untitled CD, which is set to surface in the spring.
Amorphis frontman Pasi Koskinen will begin tracking the vocals for the album at Seawolf studio in Suomenlinna, just outside Helsinki. These parts will be produces by Seawolf owner Hannu Leiden (x-singer of Havana Blacks), who has previously worked with Hanoi Rocks.
